Objective

The student will get the general view from the management of the company after completing the course. The student knows the most central sectors from the management of the people (leadership) and of the matters (a management) in the company. Furthermore, the subject of the examination will be entrepreneurship and the creation of the new business in the course.

Business idea, vision, strategies as controllers of the operation of the company. Financing, budgeting and investment calculations of the company. Leadership and management systems. Organisations and human resources management. Work motivation and commitment.
