Objective

After completion of the course the student has basic understanding of metrology. The student can make basic measurements and is aware of the limitations of noise and the meaning of uncertainty.
The student learns electrical safety.

Content

Noise in measurement systems, uncertainty of measurements, basic measurements and equipment in electronics. LabWIEW software in controlling measurement equipment.
The central principles of electrical safety.
