Objective

Students understand and know the different stores and warehouse operations, cost structures. Students are able to make economic comparisons and to calculate the profitability of investments. Students are able to implement cost control.
Students are able to calculate the best action figures, and to select the right indicators to monitor. Students know the function to calculate and understand the importance of allocating costs as part of the cost of a big picture.
The student must also understand the impact of the storage service level and cost of inventory stockpiling to know how to calculate.
The goal is to teach students to understand that the warehouse operations will be developed by the company's profitability and efficiency of cure.

Content

Storage of economic concepts and definitions, internal logistics costs, service level components, storage of the impact on capital employed, cost structures and cost factors of prices and the prices of the factors affecting the use and degree of filling effects on cost, pricing and activity-based costing. Storage costs for the process and how to manage them, as well as stockpiling
