Objective

The course aims to help students understand the modern supply chain and network operating principles and their role in the company's business and the competitiveness of the market. The aim is to manage the supply chain, related to the fundamental concepts, processes, flows, and to know the supply chain management methods and theories.

Content

Supply chain concepts, processes and flows. Supply Chain Planning and Control. Management of suppliers and customers as well as demand-side management. Material and information management in the supply chain.

The student understands the order-delivery scheme. Knows the basic concepts, processes and flows.

The student is able to modern supply chain and network operating principles and their importance for the company's business and the competitiveness of the market.
