Objective

The student understands different aspects of logistics management (viewpoint of both service producer and purchaser), is able to assess logistical processes and strategies and is able to develop different functions/operations (3 PL, 4 PL and subcontractors).

Content

Quality and environment management, process management and leading, organization and development of logistics, demand supply chain management and logistic key numbers.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

1. Students are able to apply the methods of leadership and influence others at work into account.
2. Students have the perception of its own identity in a leading role.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students are able to tell the logistics processes of the key figures and leading them through the business.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

1. Students are able to apply the methods of influencing the management of goal-oriented and able to function in the role of the dealer's knowledge.
2. Students are able to assess the logistic processes, and develop strategies for different functions (2 PL, 3 PL and 4 PL as well as their suppliers and contractors).
