Objective

Student understands Finnish legislation, EU ordinances and directives content concerning among other thing transportation of person and goods, arsenal of transport, business transport including responsibility and duty of transport/shipment

Content

Study module includes among other things road traffic of Law, ordinance and ordinance of subject to license of road traffic, transportation of Law, Law of dangerous goods transportation, adviser of dangerous goods transportation, load regulation of vehicle, Law of working time, resting period, and Law of EY road traffic.

1. Students understand the laws of Finland and EU regulations and directives, and the contents of the transport connection.

1. Students are aware of the Road Traffic Act, regulation, law and regulations for the licensed road, Road Transport, Law and Regulation, transport of dangerous goods regulation and the LMP's decision of dangerous goods by land transportation advisor, vehicle loading provisions, working hours of road driving and rest time regulations, and road transport of EC legislation.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

1. Students are able to apply in practice, the Road Traffic Act, regulation, law and regulations for the licensed road, Road Transport, Law and Regulation, transport of dangerous goods regulation and the LMP's decision of dangerous ground transportation advisor, vehicle loading provisions, working hours of road driving and rest time regulations, and road transport of EC legislation.
