Objective

Students are familiar with spreadsheet and database software features in a way that allows for a smooth and effective learning of working in an engineer’s occupation. Students are able to apply spreadsheet higher level functions and use the spreadsheets in other disciplines laboratory. Students are able to design and produce small databases.

Students are able to use the spreadsheet application in simple exercises.

Students are able to design a small database and create a user interface.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Students are able to use the developed features of spreadsheets in their studies.

Students are able to make queries from the own database as the user demands.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Students are able to apply spreadsheets to various destinations by designing your own computational models.

From the database that students have designed the user can get results of calculations and logistics.
