Objective
On completion of the course the student will be able to design and develop the company's ways of acquiring new customers, engage existing customers and to sell them more. The student knows how to use electronic communication tools as well as how to measure and track performance measures in a multi-channel environment. The student is able to plan and implement service and solution selling. The student knows how to design and implement communication for external and internal audiences. The student is able to develop and implement team work, and internal marketing. The student knows how to activate and motivate the sales channels in a multi-channel environment.
