Objective

The student is able to act in the characteristic way to the german culture in the above-mentioned situations.

The student will learn to

- introduce o.s., say hello and goodbye, thank and regret etc. in the characteristic way
to the culture in question
- tell the way to a visitor to the company
- present the hometown to a visitor
- guide the visitor in the company premises
- give a short company presentation
- give opinions
- operate accurately in telephone situations
- make an appointment on the phone

- Show the town to a visitor
