Work Placement 1Laajuus (15 ECTS)

Objective

After completing the course, the student will know how to manage different stages of production process and will be able to analyse his/her actions according to pre-established perspectives. The student will be able to present project outcomes and comment on a collegial level projects carried out by other producers/managers. Independent project work consist of Metropolia event productions, other Metropolia projects and development related initiatives, the student’s own events and other productions outside the university of applied sciences and research and development related to practical project work.

Content

Practical training and work placement in Finland or abroad in workplaces related to cultural affairs.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

To pass the course the student must accomplish pre-formulated learning targets for his/her work placement.
