Objective

The objective is to provide a command of the basics of visual expression and communication and their application in various practical situations of production work. The student will be familiarized with the basic of graphic design, the implementation of various design tasks and computer programs.

The student will have a command of the basics of visual expression, and the basics, skills and tools of image processing and graphic design.

Basics of visual analysis
Current phenomena of visual communication
Basics of graphic design (including typography, design, colour theory)
Use of image processing programs
Use of layout programs
