Objective

After completing this course, the student will be able to use different models of constructive personnel work and principles and will understand the meaning of management as a success factor in cultural work. The student will understand the role of management in the success of a company and will recognise the challenges now and in the future. The student will be able to use his/her knowledge and skills to fill management needs in production work.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows basic models and principles of managerial work. The student understands the meaning of management as a success factor in cultural work.

The student recognizes his/her strengths as a manager and understands the challenges of managerial work. The student can apply gained information to different development processes.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can analyze his/her actions and ensure own professional growth as manager. The student can develop models for managerial work and advance profit based work in an organization. The student understands meaning of wellbeing of a work community as success factor of a company and knows how to have positive effect on it. The student can hold improvement discussions and understands the meaning of motivation and feedback in daily management.
