• is able to set goals independently
• is able to work independently
• has practiced a stylistically versatile repertoire
• has practiced interpretation and improvisation typical of their instrument
• has practiced tonal and technical expression typical of their instrument
• is able to understand music aurally, visually and kinesthetically in relation to their instrument
• has performed publicly and demonstrated artistically and stylistically versatile skills with their instrument
• is able to work as part of a band and communicate their musical vision
• knows how to use certain characteristics to express a selected repertoire
