Objective

The student gains familiarity with the planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring and supervision of studio projects, thus building facilities for taking responsibility of project management tasks.

- Planning, budgeting, financing
- Organizing a work crew, scheduling and communications
- Actual supervision and monitoring of a project, reporting and finishing a project
