Practical Teacher Training 2Laajuus (4 ECTS)

Objective

The student gains familiarity with the materials, objectives and methods of elementary teaching through his/her own work, as well as gets to know himself/herself as a teacher.

Content

The student acts as a teacher and receives guidance and practical experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching, the dynamics and interaction of the teaching situation, guiding of musical development and learning, as well as developing the knowledge and motoric facilities of the pupil. The course may also include an assessed demonstration of teaching.
