Objective

The student becomes familiar with the working methods, possibilities and goals of music education focusing to support child´s general and musical development.

Content

The course includes basic information and experience of the working methods in music education; singing, moving, listening, playing, arts integration techniques and improvisation. The main focus is in one´s own experience in different music educational processes and groupdynamics. The student gains knowledge of the early childhood music education by means of workshops, lectures, demonstrations, exercises, litterature and different projects in the group.
