Advanced Studies in Ensemble SingingLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

To gain a deeper understanding of essential opera literature and get introduced to modern Finnish opera by singing scenes from different works. To learn to sing in ensembles of various sizes and to control common phrasing and purity of tone during singing, as well as to gain more experience in working with a conductor.

To practice the making of opera and musical theatre by performing small scenes from different works.
