Objective

The students master bookkeeping and financial statements. They can calculate the cost estimates for a feature film. The students also comprehend and write up crucial contracts in the field. They also understand the compatibility requirements and the consequences related to different contracts.

Content

The students master the basics of financial management and bookkeeping of the project production company. They gain insight into their bookkeeping and related regulations by the sponsors. They make the cost estimate for a long film. They learn the financial management of the film projects. The students focus on the needed contracts, contract laws and contractual practices.

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
