Production and Work LifeLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

The students know the domestic work environment, job markets, and job opportunities in the field. They will learn about the rights and the duties of the employer and the employee.
The students learn to evaluate their professional competence and find employment opportunities.

Content

The students will investigate the productions and production cultures of the field as well as the possibilities to employ oneself and others. They will focus on the legislation concerning the employer and the employee, job contracts, and other commitments. The study unit includes the student's own portfolio work and forecasts on future prospects.
