Scriptwriting: Fiction 1Laajuus (6 ECTS)

Objective

The students write a script for a short film, which is feasible from an artistic and productional point of view. The students complete different script exercises both individually and with a pair for the course Fiction Film Rehearsals/ Scriptwriting. The students comprehend the nature of process writing
and can set sub goals for their own writing. After completing the course, the students master the fundamental work methods of scriptwriting.

Individual observation in writing
Creating different versions
Method of individual writing

Basics of professional terminology in scriptwriting
