Objective

Students have an understanding of the history of web journalism and its current operating environment. They appreciate the special features of web media and are able to produce journalistic content keeping in the assigned schedule and to publish them using a publication tool. Students know the principles of publishing sound, photographs and moving image on the Internet.

Students specializing in journalism know the technique of transforming their observations into story ideas. They know how to assess news criteria. Students can assess information sources and their motives critically. They are able to write journalistic texts with correct grammar and to plan how the story will be illustrated.

Students specializing in production are able to schedule, supervise and give feedback on journalistic work on the web.

Students specializing in television directing know how to plan and use moving image in various types of web media stories.
