Objective

The students comprehend the societal mission of journalism and can analyze its effects. They are aware of the fundamentals of the journalistic work processes. They can observe, acquire information and select an angle. They master the basics of an interviewing technique. They are familiar with the key sources of journalism. The can assess the acquired material. They are aware of the domestic operational environment of journalism and the key professions. They know different audiences and target groups.

Participating the lectures.  Exercises done, some shortages.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Active participating to the lectures. Ability to adapt.

Active participating to the lectures.  Ability to adapt and reflect. Exercises done with new knowledge to the subject.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
