Objective

Student will know and identify different techniques of mural painting. Student will know the theoretical problems of mural paintings.
Student can make basic research and conservation operations to the mural paintings.

Techniques and the history of mural paintings on stone based materials (like secco and fresco).
Basic conservation skills for mural paintings.
Research of mural paintings
Different analyse methods of mural paintings

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of the conservation chemistry, pigments, mortar and plaster work.
