Stone: Conservation of StoneLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

Student will know the different theories of stone material conservation and will be able to bind theory to the practice. Student will know different conservation techniques in practice.
Student can make some basic conservation operations to the different stone materials.

Content

Conservation of stone materials in theory and practice.
Restoration of stone material surfaces by adding or changing stone material.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of natural stones, brick and concrete.
