Objective

Student will know the techniques used for traditional woodworking and will understand the relation between woodworking tools, techniques and the history of wood constructions.
Student can use the traditional woodworking tools.

Content

The knowledge of woodworking techniques and its history.
To identify the marks of different woodworking tools on the surface of the wooden items.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of the wood as a building material.
