Objective

Students expand their knowledge and skills in pigment chemistry and analytics.

Content

A continuation of Pigments I with emphasis on the non-destructive and micro- analysis methods of pigments (XRF, SEM-EDS, FTIR/ATR).Students expand their knowledge of pigments and different tests into new, 20th century pigments.
The course contains also lectures of other more scientific methods like Raman spectroscopy and PIXE.
