Objective

The students acquires information about business planning to be able to plan his/her business activities or to be able to act as a member of management in a goal-oriented way.

Content

The course deals with issues such as stakeholders, and the role of entrepreneurship in the national economy. Starting point analysis, business plans and business ideas will also be discussed. Goals and strategies, strategic and operational planning, operational policies as well as budgeting will be covered. Business culture and values in running an organisation as well as comparisons between different business forms will also be part of the course.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Approved passing of the course demands that the student fulfills the requirements specified in each course implementation.
