Objective

The student will:

-master the basic colour concepts
-explore colours, their comparisons as well as perceive and evaluate colour relations
-explore skills in colour bleeding as well as its applications
-acquire general knowledge regarding colour history, colour psychology and colour symbolism
-master the basics of composition

Content

-students explore colour phenomena with help of Josef Albers' experimental exercises based on individual's own perception
-colour theory by Johannes Itten
-colour bleeding and its applications according to the objectives set for each study programme

-composition exercises according to the objectives set for each study programme
