Objective
The student will deepen his/her skills in designing services and familiarize themselves with interaction of service provider and users. The student will recognize the significance of the design when the quality of the product is under consideration. The student will be able to take both quality and cost into account when designing the services. The student will be able to also identify the differences of the fixed and unfixed parts of the service. The student will be able to identify and analyze design problems of services and he/she can apply the learned practises into his/her service concepts.

- The student can make a project plan and design a reasonable service concept
