Objective

The student is committed to his/her learning and is able to pursue studies in a self-directed way. The student understands the significance of community for the learning process. The student acquires the knowledge, skills and competences that enable him/her to meet the professional requirements of working life and to evolve into a professional in his/her own field. The student assumes an active role in professional discussion and enhances his/her reflective skills. The student also understands the significance of life-long learning for the development of professional life.

Content

Professional growth and self-reflection. Discussing studies, learning, and career planning individually (in the form of the individual study plan) and collectively in small groups for the whole duration of the studies. Learning to be responsible and to pursue studies in a self-directed way. Compiling a portfolio to support professional growth.
