Objective

Students become familiar with guidance and counselling over the network. Students understand the possibilities and challenges of customer network counselling in client work in the social field. Students gain knowledge and skills for network counselling.

Content

Network as an environment for guidance and counselling. Guidance and counselling as a part of client work. Communication and interaction in the network. Ethical rules and policies of network counselling. Data security. Netiquette. Future challenges of network counselling.

Qualifications

Most of the study units of the Basic Studies and Work Placement 1 must be completed.
