Objective
After completing the study unit, students are able to make and carry out an efficient eye examination plan for diagnosis. The plan is aimed at various client groups in accordance with effective and good eye examination practices. Students can compare different vision solutions with the client’s eyesight, field of vision, and binocular vision. Students are able to recommend solutions based on the results of measurements, and can estimate the possible problems in getting used to the visual correction. Based on their examination, students can conclude that it is unlikely that the examinee has an eye disease, and they are able to refer the client to further treatment if necessary.

Good eye examination practice, eye examinations for various age groups, eye surgery and eye examinations, skills demonstration.
