Students are able to describe the pathogenetic mechanism of the most common diseases, their development and structural changes at cellular and tissue level as well as the basics of the healing process from the perspective of pathophysiology.

Objective
Students are familiar with the principles of pharmacology. They can describe the indications and effects of use of medicines most important to podiatry as well as identify product names of medicines. Students are aware of drug interaction and the most common side effects of medicines relevant to podiatry.
