Objective

Students familiarise themselves with the methods and measures most commonly used to assess physical functioning. The key aspect is to gain practice in reliable assessment of posture, movements, mobility and movement control and in clinical decision-making.

Analysis of the upright position
Analysis of equilibrium

Examination and measurement of joint mobility
Manual examination of muscle strength.
