Objective

The student is able to list the main production techniques on a construction site, the main steps of building frame production and the different construction stages of production planning. The student masters the concept and the procedure of construction management and is able to schedule construction of a building construction site and control the construction.

Content

The contents are construction phases on a building construction site, its key plans of production, the most common working methods and related resources, quality assurance and safety of construction phases, the principles of procedure of scheduling.

The student is able to plan the production techniques for foundation works, building frameworks and their scheduling.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

In addition to the requirements above, the student is able to solve key scheduling points in site management.

In addition to the requirements above, the student has a deep understanding about the topics covered in the course and is able to apply them creatively and sensibly in different applications.
