Objective
After the course the student is able to develop simple business strategy models and he or she will understand marketing terminology. He/she will understand his/her own role for the marketing of a company as a part of the company.
The student will know modern leadership models and understand organizational behaviour.
Content
In the course some important marketing and leadership models are lectured.
Business strategy models are also introduced.
Practical exercises.
