Student understands the idea behind the approximation and is aware of the concept of convergence. Student knows the relationship between the Fourier analysis, z-transform, digital signal processing and data communication theory. Student is able to use series and sequences techniques to solve related mathematical problems.

Student is able to solve and give reasons for applying different advanced mathematics techniques in engineering problems.
