Osaamistavoitteet

After completing the course, the student will know operation and configuration of the key MPLS features. The student is able to set up and verify layer 2 and 3 MPLS VPN network, and to use MPLS Traffic Engineering for link and node protection and QoS.

Sisältö

MPLS Basics, label distribution and routing. MPLS Traffic Engineering, and Layer 2 and 3 MPLS VPN networks. MPLS monitoring and management.

Esitietovaatimukset

To be able to successfully follow the unit, the student must know the operation of IP routing, including BGP.
