Objective
After completing the course, the student will know how to manage processes and system configurations. He/she will understand the operation of kernel and the operation of DNS name resolution, roles, operation and configuration steps for DNS, Web, E-Mail, Web and Samba clients and servers. The student is aware of advantages of systematic testing and troubleshooting of server installation.

After completing the course, the student will be able to install and customize software components on Linux. He/she can set up a basic DNS, Web, E-Mail and Samba server, is able to find information from product documents and use log files for troubleshooting.
