Objective
The student knows the main processes a software company needs to have. He/she is able to select suitable tools for supporting the processes. Student is familiar with options and costs of acquiring and managing needed ICT resources. He/she understands the interplay of marketing and pricing strategies. Student understands the basis for company valuation and is able to identify growth and exit strategies.
