Osaamistavoitteet

Students will learn how organizations design, plan and control resources of production and delivery. They learn to know different types of production strategies and processes and how to measure the operations performance. They will become familiar with forecasting, sales and operations planning, capacity and manufacturing resource planning and control. They will learn the main principles of management systems (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety).
