Osaamistavoitteet

Students will deepen their understanding and knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning system and reporting based on it. In addition they will learn to use on some special area of an ERP-system like BW (Business Warehouse) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Students will learn how to utilize the data in ERP-systems and how to define and use reports to monitor the business processes.
