Objective
By the end of the course the students will be able to:
* analyse their placement year.
* compare and benefit from the experience of fellow students' placement experience[s].
* give placement guidance to 2nd year students.
* understand the various aspects of compensations and benefits systems in global companies.
* understand the legal aspects of labour contracts.
* evaluate the differences in various postgraduate studies.

* conduct an interview and give feedback.
Content
The students will reflect on their work placement experience and share new knowledge with fellow students. They will develop an awareness of the professional and personal growth that they experienced during their placement. They will learn elements of career guidance and recruiting. The ultimate aim of the course is to have a deeper understanding of the options available for a future career.

This course is designed to help students reflect on their completed supervised work experience, and learn how to use their knowledge and self-awareness for future career planning. Additionally, students will gain an appreciation for the recruiting side of the career process
