Creativity and Basics of Group ActivitiesLaajuus (4 ECTS)

Objective

Students understand the importance of creativity and group activities in socio-pedagogical work, recognise their own creative resources and strengthen their own expressive skills. Students internalise the most common phenomena of group dynamics, learn to recognise interaction and group behaviour typical of themselves and understand their own responsibility as group members and group leaders.

Content

Characteristics of creativity, tacit knowledge, the senses and sensory experiences in creative work, interaction and creative process. Different groups and group process, relationships and dynamics, group formation stages, basic skills in supervising a group.
