Objective
Students are able to work as team members and understand different team roles. They can identify the significance of continuing development of their competences to the work community and teamwork. Students are able to analyze factors related to wellbeing while studying at work as well as to maintain their own welfare. They strengthen their workplace skills and understand the significance of workers and management staff as resources of the workplace. Students demonstrate competence in working as representatives of the social service sector within their work community.

Team, team roles and stages of team development as learning environment. Workers/students’ roles as promoters of wellbeing in their work community. Work community skills. Developing as experts. Multi-professional teamwork.
