Objective

The student will be familiarized with legislation, planning, and the management of building permits on waterside areas. He or she will be able to draw up a local detailed plan or a legally binding local master plan to a shore area.

The legislation of building on waterside areas; waterside environments; water supply and sewerage; basic rules and techniques for building and planning; the base map; nature surveys
