Objective

After passing the course the student will know the need and aim of the land policy and the essential contents of process.

Content

Detail planning as a tool for developing environment, detail planning process, studies, planning of a build area, participation and interaction, the regulations of detail plan, environmental impact assessment, reports of detail planning. Planning of urban space, planning of traffic, planning of recreational areas, history of detail planning.

The student is able to know the lack of the land policy.

The student can give reasons for decisions of the land policy.

The student can evaluate impacts of the land policy.
