Objective
The student enhances his/her competence in evidence-based safety management and occupational safety of emergency care. The student understands emergency care risk assessment as a part of occupational safety. The student understands the significance of different support methods of workplace well-being. The student is able to develop and lead emergency care services.

- Legislation related to occupational safety
- Occupational safety and risk assessment in emergency care
- Debriefing and defusing as a working model

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care (Registered Nurse or Paramedic)
