ICTSUMMERICT Summer School
Objective
This course aims to familiarize students with different methods for reporting web analytics with Google Tag Manager and some of the most important digital marketing terms. Students will learn to manage web tags for one or multiple sites within containers, how to add/modify tracking code effectively, work with version control, manage user access, use debugger tools, and custom variables. The course will also discuss the Datalayer object of Google Tag Manager, which enables further customization for effective collection and reporting of analytical data.

Assessment methods and criteria
-4 daily assignments based on the lecture content (60%)
-1 final assignment 40%
-Approval for all assignments are required to obtain 3 ECTS

-Excellent: 90% - 100%
Qualifications
In order to make best use of the course content, it is recommended that students have some previous knowledge in web development and ideally with Javascript.
