Objective

The student knows and is able to contract and property rights in rem basic concepts of employment , the relevant provisions of finances and property , the relevant tax regulations. The student is able to apply the substance of the course in terms of ownership, possession and use of the basic laws by real estate jobs. Students are able to obtain , where appropriate, legal information from different sources and to assess the terms of the contract as a legal point of view. After completing this course , students will understand construction projects related to regulatory guidance, driven by the construction of the laws, regulations and guidelines and are familiar with the zoning and other regulatory control of the significance of environmental development and protection.

Content

The obligation and a right in rem basics (various contracts , liabilities and guarantees , as well as dynamic protection , labor law ( contract law , labor ) , tax law ( capital gains , the various forms of business and real estate taxation for VAT ) , as well as the legal government, business premises rent of the Land Use and Building Act and Regulation - building Code, building and construction order, build instructions
